That’s really the idea behind The Homebody Club.
After years of helping people buy and sell homes, I’ve learned that the best part isn’t the house itself. I’ve spent most of my career helping people move. Somewhere along the way, I realized the part I love most is what happens after they do.

Ten years ago, I took a chance on a dream. Today, I get to open the door to its next chapter.
When I opened Coldwell Banker Park Avenue Real Estate a decade ago, I had more uncertainty than confidence. I didn't have all the answers. I simply believed I could build a brokerage that put people first—one where relationships mattered, agents felt genuinely supported, and clients received the kind of service I'd want for my own family.
Over the last ten years, there have been moments of incredible pride and moments that challenged me more than I ever expected. But every decision, every lesson, and every challenge helped shape the brokerage we've become.
Today, I'm incredibly proud to share our new boutique office in East St. Paul.
As our business has grown, so have the communities we're privileged to serve. From Beausejour to Oakbank, East and West St. Paul, the RM of Springfield, Winnipeg, the Beaches, and beyond, this new office allows us to better support our clients, strengthen our team, and continue delivering the thoughtful, relationship-focused experience that has always been at the heart of our brokerage.
