The Bowen Island Properties team has published a FIFTH communications piece on February 26, 2026 regarding potable water supply for Seymour Landing, addressing questions about supply, source, regulations, professional review of water supply since 1977 (almost 50 years), supply adequate to serve proposed rezoning, and quality assurance (water conservation covenants, metered water rates, ongoing oversight by the province, active monitoring for and repairs of leaks/unaccounted-for-water).
