Working with a good designer is one of the most underrated, yet crucial aspects to running a great businesses, and growing your brand. I know this because Iā€™ve spent the last 15 years developing my relationship with my world class designer

So many businesses neglect this. I see people spend money on random things in their business that would never pay off in the long run as much as having a relationship with a good designer.

A relationship with a designer takes time and mutual respect for each otherā€™s craft. Thatā€™s why I tell people to start now! Find a designer you can work with and develop that relationship. Donā€™t expect it to work from the start. Trust what they do and respect their professionalism. If theyā€™re good, hold on to them and always respect their rates! Theyā€™re worth it more than you know.

My beautiful wife bought me this early Fatherā€™s Day gift and I felt like a kid opening a present on Christmas!

Something people donā€™t talk about enough is the fact that brand power can have a lot of positive impact on the people who are involved with working and being part of that brand, in this case us REMAX agents.

People will say what they will about a real estate brand, that the brand doesnā€™t matter, that you donā€™t need a logo, blah blah blah, but look at the SMILE on my faceā€¦EAR TO EAR baby! Imagine if a simple jacket can make me feel so positive, how will that translate to my clients?
