Every stay has a story...

One of our returning guests was a professor at St. Lawrence College who spends September-May of each year teaching in Brockville.

Each spring, they would pack up, head off for the season, and return at the end of the summer to stay with us again at the end of the summer until the following Spring.

When someone returns year after year, we take it as one of the greatest compliments we can receive. It tells us we've created more than just a furnished rental. We've created a place that feels familiar, comfortable, and easy to come back to.

Each year, Bernie & Lois spend their summers enjoying campground life. But when the camping season comes to an end, they need somewhere comfortable to stay until spring arrives again.

There's something so exciting about a blank canvas! 🏠

Behind the scenes, we've been busy preparing two brand new furnished rental units, and we can't wait to welcome new guests.

That means paint & tile samples, appliance deliveries, Marketplace treasures, decorating decisions, and lots of coffee.

Every property we prepare is designed with one question in mind:

"What would make this feel like home if I were staying here for a month or longer?"

We’ve made it past the May 24 weekend—which means it’s finally time!!! Now that the risk of frost has passed, you can confidently plant your annuals and start bringing your outdoor spaces to life 🏵

This is also a great time to mulch your gardens as we head into June. Fresh mulch not only looks beautiful, but helps retain moisture and keeps your garden beds healthy.
