Progress continues to ramp up at Paradigm Grand... literally! We're already on the 13th floor in Midtown Burlington. Molinaro Group president, Vince Molinaro, recently spoke on the need for all levels of government to step up - NOW - in a coordinated effort "to bring back customer confidence in condo real estate.”

The City of Burlington wants to re-start residential construction in a stalled market with the hope of becoming the first municipality in Ontario to temporarily eliminate residential development charges.
