New agents β this one is simple and it will save you from a really uncomfortable moment with a client. π
The first time a client calls you confused about their e-signing portal is not the time to figure out what they are looking at. By then it is too late and they can already tell you are guessing.
Here is what I want you to do the day you get your license.
Open your e-signing platform and send yourself every document as if you were a client. Go through the entire portal. Click every button. See every screen. Experience exactly what your client experiences when they receive documents from you.
That's it. 20 minutes. One time.
From that point forward when a client calls and says I don't know where to sign or I can't find my documents β you walk them through it step by step because you have actually been there yourself.
The small stuff is what builds trust with clients faster than anything else. And this is one of the smallest, easiest things you can do to show up prepared.
