Calgary Real Estate Market Update for July 2026!
Ever wonder what homes are actually worth in different parts of Calgary?
This map shows the benchmark price for each area. (What is a benchmark price? Think of it as the "typical" price of a home in that area. It's not the average or the highest price, it's the best way to track how home values are changing over time.)
The dollar amount is the benchmark price for July.
The percentage shows how much prices have changed compared to July last year (Year-over-Year).
Red arrow = prices are lower than a year ago.
Green arrow = prices are higher than a year ago.
For example: West Calgary has the highest benchmark price at $723,200 and is up 0.9% from last year.
East Calgary remains the most affordable at $398,800, but prices are down 4.4% year over year.
Every area tells a different story, which is why local market knowledge matters whether you're buying, selling, or just keeping an eye on your home's value.
