Went to toppler bowl, Calgary on the weekend. its $60 for an hour with shoes for the family. Not cheap, but still a fun thing to do on a day where the weather isn’t co-operating.

Pre-covid, I went to high schools and talked about being a Realtor and my journey to get there. It's part of the city's youth employment strategy, and is intended amongst other things to get kids thinking about different career choices.

Last week, the program resumed and it was great to chat with the kids at Nelson Mandela High School. They asked a lot of great questions, and even for the kids that have no interest in being a Real Estate Agent, there was a lot of interest in being an entrepreneur and/or real estate investor.

I was talking to the facilitator prior to our talk, and he mentioned they have lost over 2/3 of their speakers. So if this sort of thing sounds interesting to you, they probably have an opening for you.
