I will never choose a brand new zero lot slop over a home with a nice yard in a settled in community. They got good bones 🦴

(I'm not hating on ALL new builds, but a lot... I said what I said)

💫Glenbrook / Killarney area are my favorite neighborhoods in the City! Close to downtown, close to Glenmore Trail, Tsuut'ina/Stoney Trail, Crowchild Trail... just so convenient. So many local businesses nearby, beautiful greenery, etc. Although I now live in downtown, I would definetly move back to Killarney.

🎉Congratulations to my buyer clients on buying their first home!

📖I met these clients through one of my listings, and they immediately wanted me to be their Realtor and represent them. I've personally decided to avoid double ending deals even though I would get paid double, as I feel both the Seller and the Buyer deserve full representation. I cannot represent the buyer as a client when I'm already representing the seller, so I referred them to a fellow Realtor friend. Unfortunately, and fortunately, they decided the home I had listed was not the right fit. I was able to represent them and help them find their first home :)

Congratulations to my buyer client on buying their first home 🎉

💁🏻‍♀️I actually met these clients from one of my listings. Immediately, they wanted me to be their Realtor and represent them. However, I try and avoid double ending deals as I believe both the buyer and seller deserved full representation, and since I am representing the seller, I cannot give full representation to the buyer. I referred them to a fellow Realtor, but unfortunately and fortunately they decided my listing was not the right fit. I was able to represent them as buyer clients and find them a suitable first home.

Convinced her OUT of buying a condo and got her in a beautiful semi detached home 🏡 If your finances and lifestyle permits, I would always recommend buying a home where you also own the land underneath you. No monthly condo fees!

(Like I said, if your finances and lifestyle permits... this does not mean condos are ultimately bad)
