We met over a year ago when I sold the neighbours' house across the street and we've kept in touch as they waited for their new home to be completed.

Last year, we set some expectations & soft deadlines for each other to make sure that their property would be positioned to for a strong sale in the spring market.

We ended up with multiple offers in the first week of being on the market sold higher than the clients' asking price.

Excited for these clients to wrap up this chapter and begin a new one in their brand new home 📖

A (very) late vacation dump to put evidence on the grid of the time that:
- I fell asleep on the beach and roasted my back
- Got food poisoning and survived snorkeling
- Swam with turtles
- Fighting for my life at the luau with a fever
- Ate broiled chicken on the side of the road
- Celebrated our friends' family milestones together

All in all, another adventure in the books!
