We are a new company developed to assist owners of condominiums improve their community by providing alternative solutions to the day to day problems owners face. Momentum Condo Consulting is an innovative new service developed to assist owners, boards members and property managers to work together for a prosperous community. Our service is to find alternative solutions to improve the board and property managers service and governance rather than the conventional methods. There have been very few options available to condominium owners the most common options consists of either hiring legal counsel or moving. Suing your own corporation comes with additional challenges not to mention the costs, however, legal action doesn’t change the behaviour and methods of a dysfunctional board or property manager. After the legal battle the same people are still there and will continue to operate in the same way. If an owner decides to move they end up losing their valued home and may suffer a monetary loss on the property. In some cases it’s easier to move than to fight an unethical or dysfunctional board. Every owner should be able to live as they intended and reap the benefits of community living.

Oh my

We are not here to shame anyone's private life or personal kinks. What consenting adults do is their business. Period.

But here's the thing: Republicans don't get to have it both ways.

They want to legislate what gender you can be. They want to control what books your kids can read. They want to tell you who you can love, who you can marry, and how you must live. They wrap all of it in the language of Christianity, morality, and "family values."

And then we find out the DHS Secretary — who ran an agency that targeted and deported LGBTQ+ asylum seekers — allegedly carried on an extramarital affair while her husband was allegedly living a secret online life involving gender expression that her own party has made it a crusade to criminalize in others.

This isn't about judging anyone's personal life. It's about the breathtaking hypocrisy of people who campaign on moral superiority while their own lives are — by their own stated standards — a series of transgressions.

You don't get to be the morality police for the rest of America while your house is on fire. 🔥

Do not apologise for being superior.

It is a crime against GOD to dim your light just to make other’s comfortable in their darkness.

The vast majority of men hold an extremely poor image of themselves.

Zero self esteem. Weak self belief. Reeking of insecurities...

They don’t believe anything is possible.
Because in their reality - they’re truly incapable.

Seeing you shine in all your light? Pokes at something deep inside of themselves.

You’ll notice that they are desperate for you to join them in their misery.

They’ll tell you why what you’re doing is stupid or won’t work. Refuse to listen. Tell them to F off.

Not everyone gonna see the vision.

In fact - hardly anyone will.

You must make it a habit, blocking out the miserable projections of losers.
