March Housing Market Update
Though we are seeing very slight increases in the price, it still remains very much a buyers market.
Properties in the South are selling much quicker than in the North.
NE remains the hardest hit quadrant and apartments in biggest drop in sectors with 9.3% decline year over year.
Most of the decline in price is driven by the apartments, detached houses remain relatively stable.
