Shifting your community can be a big, scary thing…or it can be a wild, fun adventure! Calgary is a wide spread city with many unique communities to discover and part of my job is to help you discover the one to put down your roots. In this case, we started high level with budget and style of home and then worked out which community held the amenities they wanted based on their needs. Once we found the community, we went virtual to hone in on the home specifics. Once we were clear on the age of home and style, inquiries were made and quick action was taken when the right home came onto the market. Distance can be tricky but the technology available makes it easy to overcome when explained well.
