My parents could have a bought property much sooner. A 3 bedroom townhouse located in a thriving community in BC’s lower mainland. ⁠

Something stopped them from purchasing. They were doubtful. And fearful. New immigrants just wanting to make the best decisions and not throw money away.⁠

It was a lack of knowledge. And more than that, not knowing that they didn't know. Does that make sense? 🤔⁠

🚨BEWARE OF THE THINGS THAT CAN MAKE A CLOSING FALL APART.

Properties do come back on the market even after being sold firm. 😱

In many cases, this is a nightmare situation for sellers. The seller may be relying on proceeds from the sale of their first property to finance an already purchased property, this may present problems.

The seller may also loose some momentum in the market, which could result in the property selling at a lower price.

Feeling grateful for the clients I've had the pleasure of working with during the first 6 months of 2022.

✨ A client that has reminded me it is never too late to go after your goals. Her goal is to acquire 5 properties before she retires in a few short years. We're working on property #4 now!

✨ A client that didn't give up even when she faced a personal challenge that almost resulted in her losing her property. Grateful for her determination not to give up and work with my mortgage partner to figure out a plan of action and put it in motion.

✨ A client that was able to employ strategic and creative methods to sell their property and use their proceeds towards the downpayment for their dream property for their growing family. I love that they were patient with the process and so keen to do what was needed to realize maximum profits.
