Let’s look at the inventory specifically for detached, single family homes (SFD) in Campbell River
The largest subsets are homes between 500-750k and 750k-1.0M, which make up 59% of the market’s total inventory. No surprise there.
That being said, we are also seeing quite a few options in the 1.0M+ categories.
The majority of homes $1.25M+ are built before 2000 and provide an interesting mix of renovated and original construction.
58 of the total SFD have some sort of suite, either fully enclosed or in-law.
In this market, there seems to be more desire from buyers to have a suite as a mortgage helper. It’s nice to see there are some options out there.
