I grossly underestimated just how MUCH mud we were talking about. 😂 My favourite hat is officially a casualty of Mud Girl Calgary, but honestly… worth it.

Because Bee completed her Misogi goal! Proof that she can do hard things even when those hard things involve running, crawling, climbing, and getting absolutely filthy.

So proud of this girl. She showed up, got uncomfortable, and freaking DID IT.

10/10 would do it again.

From that day on, you’ve been my confidante, my partner in crime, my unpaid therapist, my biggest cheerleader, and the person I can count on no matter what. You’ve been there for the laughs, the tears, the chaos, and all the moments in between.

One thing I always pay close attention to when I’m at homes in established communities is the roof.

Many homes are now at an age where the roof is nearing the end of its expected lifespan. It’s something you’ll notice throughout the neighbourhood as more homeowners replace their roofs.

That’s why I always check the roof and make sure my buyers understand its condition before writing an offer. A few extra minutes today can save you thousands after you move in.
