Hi there. Just put up a new post on Diy Wealth website under Paper Assets or Blog Posts. It deals with why younger people don't seem to be interested in investing. They have the most powerful tool there is; TIME. Check it out and see if you agree. Also posted under Courses and Tools are the updated Dividend Stocks pages. I have added a feature to the spreadsheets. You can now see how much money the dividends pay monthly or quarterly based on the number of shares you own. Just type in how many shares and the sheet does the rest.

Hi there and happy Sunday. I have an open house today from 2:00 to 4:00 at 5 Percy Street Colborne. It is a great starter home priced right, and totally upgraded. There are some revised Real Estate listings on the website, and I have posted this week's stock picks and the results from last week. There is also a new post under Paper Assets on Cryptocurrencies. PLEASE be careful about investing with internet-advertised companies!!! There is an example of a fake site in the post as well as the names of legitimate investing sites.

Hi there. There are a couple of new posts on the DIY Wealth website. (diywealtheducation.com) I have also posted this week's potential upside Stocks. I was going to try and do it daily, but there just have not been that many. So we will do it weekly.
I do renovations as well. Here is a picture of the 48" x 36" section we cut out of the basement wall. Just have to figure out how to move it.

With snow blanketing the ground today, I took the opportunity to write a new post for the website—now live under the Money Management tab. It dives into the effect of product sale signs in stores. You might be able to relate.
Yesterday was hands-on in a different way: I built a custom sliding barn-style door for my granddaughter. It now elegantly separates their living space from the rest of the house, adding both function and charm.

Just posted the top 20 Canadian Dividend list on the website (diywealtheducation.com) There are two lists. One is for Stocks that pay monthly (my favourite) and one for Stocks that pay quarterly. They can be found on the Resources Page and under tools.

There is an article that explains a little about what dividends are, and why I like ones that pay monthly. That is under Paper Assets.

I am trying to post Stocks that may be worth buying on that page as well. The problem is, they don't come up that regular.

I am scheduling a live "How to Buy a House" seminar for the Cobourg area. I will Post when it is arranged.

Hi there. There has been some work done on the site. It will be more active as we go along. Have to relearn how to use Wordpress and DIVI and Facebook. Will be concentrating on Paper Investments and RealEstate. There are 2 properties listed on the site. Please contact me if your interested in either one. Both could be very good deals.
