Hey, I’m Katie-Faye 👋 Realtor, renovation nerd, and mom running on protein coffee and pure positivity.
Before real estate, I spent over 20 years in residential design and construction — I’ve been in more basements, bonus rooms, and half-finished bathrooms than I can count. These days, I bring that know how to every showing, reno chat, and “can we knock down this wall?” moment.

- Rock and Heavy Metal are my favourite house hunting soundtrack
– I’ll swoon just as hard over a functional mudroom as I will a perfect kitchen faucet or beautiful backsplash
– My “I’m thinking” face is a whole thing — you’ll know it when you see it
– My house is full of golf gear in the summer and hockey bags in the winter
– I love action movies, hate gardening, but love canning (figure that one out)
– I believe homes should feel good and work hard for the people in them
