Today, I attended the Real Estate Association of Edmonton (RAE) Conference, and honestly, it was a great reminder of why attending events like this matters so much.

Real estate is constantly changing. New rules, market trends, technology, and industry practices continue to evolve. As REALTORS®, it’s important that we don’t just rely on what we already know—we need to keep learning, stay updated, and continue growing.

One of the things I enjoy most about these events is connecting with other professionals, hearing different perspectives, and learning from people with years of experience in the industry.

When you’re choosing a REALTOR®, I believe it’s important to work with someone who values continuous learning and keeps themselves informed. Because being knowledgeable and up to date isn’t just about professional growth—it’s about being able to provide better guidance and support when clients need it.
