The Edmonton market continued to gain momentum in April. Sales activity increased month over month, while year over year numbers are still slightly softer.

Inventory continues to build, giving buyers more choice heading into the peak spring market. Overall we’re seeing a more balanced market, with more selection and steady activity across the city.

Prices are still holding steady with a slight upward trend, and well-positioned homes continue to sell with ease, though we’re seeing fewer multiple offer situations compared to last year.
