We’re proud to continue our partnership with Project Forest as a Bronze Woodland Partner.

This year, we’re supporting a shelterbelt restoration project with Siksika Nation, helping plant 1,000 trees that will strengthen the land, protect soil, reduce wind erosion, and support local ecosystems for years to come.

We believe building strong communities goes beyond the homes we create. It’s about investing in initiatives that have a lasting impact and supporting the people and places we call home.

You don’t have to work in the field to know what’s happening in the field. 👷🏻

Our Construction Manager, Moses, spent some time with members of our office and field teams going right back to where every home starts: the foundation.

From excavation and site prep to the different components of a foundation, how they work together and what makes it structurally sound, the session covered a part of the building process that homeowners rarely get to see once the home is complete.

Bringing our teams together for training like this gives everyone a better understanding of the full build, makes conversations between the field and office that much easier, and gives more context to the decisions being made at every stage.

We’ve officially broken ground on Ambréa at The Orchards.

Coming to one of southeast Edmonton’s most established communities, Ambréa will introduce a new collection of two-and three-bedroom townhomes designed around modern, connected living.

With attached garages, thoughtfully planned interiors and contemporary finishes, Ambréa offers a fresh take on townhome living, with the added benefit of everything The Orchards already has in place. Parks, pathways, schools and year-round amenities through the Orchards Residents Association are all part of the community residents will call home.

We’re proud to be bringing this project forward alongside KV Capital, and to celebrate an important first milestone as construction gets underway.
