The 2026 REMAX Canada Commercial Real Estate Report just dropped — and this year's headline is a notable shift: stability is returning to the Canadian commercial market.
I've contributed the Saskatchewan farmland and agri-industrial perspective to this report for several years now, and what I'm seeing on the ground matches the national findings. Out-of-province and institutional interest in Saskatchewan farmland is at levels I haven't seen in my career, and our secondary markets — Yorkton, Estevan, Swift Current, Prince Albert — are punching well above their weight.
