Modular is not a type of home. It's a smarter way to build one.

When people hear homes, they often picture something temporary or basic. But what if you could have the home you want built with a predictable budget and under two months?

That's the advantage of modular construction, and it's changing how homeowners, investors, and developers approach building.

But there's one advantage that rarely gets talked about: RED TAPE.

Traditional construction can involve multiple inspections, approvals, and layers of coordination. With CSA A277-certified modular construction, much of the factory inspection and certification is already taken care of.

The result? A streamlined on-site approval process that can mean:

→ 1 building permit
→ 1 inspection for occupancy

1 red tape. 0 delays. A faster path to moving in.

At Nor-Fab Homes, we've been building smarter since 1984.
