A huge thank you to WL Construction Ltd and Lakepoint Golf & Country Club for this incredible opportunity. Your generosity and support have been more than we could have imagined, and we truly cannot thank you enough.

Because of donations and the continued support of our amazing community, we are able to keep working through our list of upgrades and improvements to ensure our facility can continue serving our seniors for many years to come.

We are incredibly grateful to have been chosen as the recipients of this year’s Pro-Am Golf Tournament. Your support will make a real difference for our residents and our facility.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make this possible! We are so fortunate to live in a community that continues to show up and support our seniors. 💙

Yesterday we presented this cheque for $86,480 to the North Peace Seniors Housing Society from Lakepoint Golf & Country Club which was the result of the second WL Construction Charity Pro Am Golf Tournament that was held at the beginning of August. Huge thanks again to Lakepoint Golf & Country Club and Vancouver Golf Tour for all of their help. A really big shoutout to all of our amazing locals who took part and donated to such a great cause. Thanks again to everyone for allowing us to take part!

Thanks to Matt and Jackson from WL Construction for supplying the dump trailer and making sure we had just the right angle.

Also thanks to everyone who helped sell our golf balls this year - special shout out to Gail Weber, Connie Richter, Linda Thornton, and Darlene Hamre - we couldn’t have done it without all of you.

Our goal was to sell 600 balls - and while we fell a little short - we are thrilled with the incredible support of our community in helping our seniors - THANK YOU

A huge thank you to Fred and the entire team at Fredfest! ❤️

What an incredible event they put on every summer. We were so fortunate to be the recipients of this year’s proceeds, and we are incredibly grateful for their generosity and support of our seniors.

Thanks to Fredfest, we will be able to purchase a new floor scrubber for our buildings and a hot box for our kitchen, two items that will make a big difference for our staff and residents!

If you haven’t experienced Fredfest, we highly encourage you to get your tickets for next year’s event. It truly is an amazing community event, all while supporting a great cause.
