Bathroom Staging Tips

They say that the kitchen sells the home, but who doesn't love a clean and updated bathroom? Here are a few tips for staging your bathroom!

1. Remove any moldy or stained caulking. Caulking is relatively inexpensive but can make a world of difference!

2. Get some fresh linens! Have your towels seen better days? It may be time to replace your bathroom linens with a newer, fresher set!

3. Consider updating your shower curtain and bath mat. These bathroom acessories get a lot of use and can look dingey with time. Ditch your outdated shower curtain and bathmat for something clean that goes with the rest of your bathroom decor.

4. Declutter your personal belongings. Make use of drawer organizers and toothbrush holders, do your best to avoid unnecessary clutter on the bathroom counters.

5. Touch up the paint around any areas that have been scuffed or otherwise marked. These little touches really do make a world of difference!
