We share these updates often, and every single time this one surprises us.

There’s something about a waterfront custom build that makes every stage of construction feel a little more special, and this project is no exception.

What makes it even more meaningful is seeing how much thought has gone into every single decision along the way.

That’s what Medway Homes is all about - “more thought per square foot” isn’t just something we say, it’s something you can actually see taking shape on site, visit after visit.

Excited for you all to see where this one goes, because it’s shaping up to be something really beautiful.
