So rates will be as follows. 600 for full inspection with report. Will also offer preliminary inspection for 150 which consists of site visit and walk through but no report, only a emailed opinion on whether or not a see any areas of concern pre purchase. This inspection is best suited for anyone who needs an opinion on a residence and is needed for like a Friday deadline. It should be noted that for any full inspections due on a Friday scheduling should be no later than the Tuesday of that week as it takes at least 3 days to conclude all information from searches and to generate a report, any later then then the choice should be the preliminary inspection, If so chosen the remainder of a full inspection with report can be completed later with a discount of 150 to the full inspection cost. Also did an inspection in Espanola and it brings up the issue of travel expenses per km so I will see how best to do that in the coming weeks but primarily would be for the preliminary inspections only, full inspections travel would be included out side of the Sudbury District for now.
