Raised this floor with dricore panels and put down some new flooring and baseboards. Replumb the toilets and reinstall the pedestal sinks. Also, two room were done in this student rental the same way.

Slow bathroom sink drain repair... the cast shouldn't move like that 😅. Advised the client that we should open up the walls to take a look. Good thing we did.

Saved this landlord easily 500-1000$ or more by going there. I was told to open the wall up to replace shower for the plumber. I thought alright I guess we're taking out the shower guts from the back save the tub surround. Nope they wanted me cut a wall that had condensation on it since the tap cartridge was running hot water all day and creating moister when hitting the outside wall. Why the plumber didn't change the cartridge? No idea but on to the next one😅💪

A new tub surround was installed to replace the previous one that was brittle and cracking.
