Family time. Sunday well spent at the ROM. ❤️

Art, culture, architecture, nature, history... there is so much to explore. We spent hours there and still felt like there was so much more to see.

And a little tip for my Hamilton friends: Hamilton Public Library now offers ROM passes! If you have an HPL card, you can place a hold and borrow a pass for free admission for up to four people. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait — they're popular!

While I was unloading my groceries today, I noticed one of my open house signs sitting in the trunk. It made me smile because it pretty much sums up my life these days.

Between client calls, emails, paperwork, marketing, showings, open houses, and everything that comes with being a Realtor, I still make time for what matters most, my family.

I genuinely love cooking and baking. It's one of the ways I show love, and no matter how busy life gets, I try to hold on to that part of me.

I know I'm not the only one. So many parents are juggling work, family, schedules, and endless to-do lists while doing their very best to create a better life for the people they love.

Should you sign a Buyer Representation Agreement before seeing a home?

Let's take a few steps back.

Before you start looking at homes, you should first understand the home-buying process. That means having a conversation with the REALTOR® and being well informed about the steps before you even begin touring properties.

You should have a clear picture of your financial situation, your timeline, and what you're actually looking for. Is it a condo, townhouse, or detached home? Do you need two bedrooms or three? Are you hoping for a property with a basement that could generate rental income?

These are just a few of the questions that should be answered before you start visiting homes.

Once you have that foundation, everything else, including the Buyer Representation Agreement, will make much more sense.
