Selling your home and buying your next one at the same time, especially when upsizing, takes more than good timing. It takes preparation, strategy, and a clear understanding of the process.

In 2024, just two months after getting my real estate licence, I prepared our own home for sale, sold it faster than the average days on the market, and navigated the purchase of our next, larger home, with just 17 days to close after firming up.

Was it stressful? Absolutely. 😅

Was it impossible? No.

Two months licensed. Years in the making.

Sometimes the best understanding of real estate comes from living through the process yourself.
