This is a Behind the Scenes tip from working as a lender and reviewing at least 12000 credit applications a year.

We see things that traditional mortgage agents will never come across and we have intimate knowledge as to what constitutes a great mortgage application and what will get your mortgage application declined as quickly as in 60 seconds

Lenders like me are trained to spot inconsistencies and red flags within seconds and will then exercise a judgement call as to whether to ask more information or flat our reject your credit application
