Through an in-person consultation, space planning, a customized floor plan, mood board, and realistic design renderings, you’ll be able to visualize your finished basement and feel confident in the direction before construction gets underway.

With Jess Neary Designs and New Wave Renovation & Property Management working collaboratively throughout the planning process, you’ll have a team that understands both the design vision and the renovation itself, helping you feel supported and cared for as your project comes together.

A finished basement can become so much more than extra square footage: a family room, guest suite, home office, playroom, entertainment space, or a combination that works for the way you live.

We’ve been working behind the scenes on this one for a while, and we’re so excited to finally share it.

Welcome to The Evergreen House: a brand-new, five-bedroom retreat tucked into the New Brunswick countryside and designed for gathering, slowing down, and staying awhile.

With space for up to 10 guests, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private saltwater pool, hot tub, beautiful open living spaces, a kids’ play structure, and a forested backyard leading to a babbling brook and fire pit, there’s plenty of room for families, friends, colleagues, and small groups to gather, retreat, explore, unwind, and reconnect.

We’ve also filled the home with thoughtful touches and products from local New Brunswick makers and businesses, giving guests a little taste of the place they’ve come to explore. This is a pretty special addition to the New Wave Renovation & Property Management portfolio.

Our team had the opportunity to help bring this property from a beautiful new build to a fully stocked and guest-ready short-term rental. From setup and procurement to launch, operations and ongoing property management, we’re proud to have been part of bringing The Evergreen House to life.

And now, the doors are officially open ✨

**Carpenter / Skilled Labourer (Subcontractor Opportunity)**

NWRPM is looking for a skilled Carpenter/Labourer to join our growing team.

We're seeking someone with strong carpentry experience, a keen eye for detail, and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate is positive, reliable, motivated, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:

* Window and door installation
* Flooring
* Siding
* Framing
* Drywall
* General residential renovations

Successful candidates will:

* Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
* Ask questions and seek clarification when needed to ensure project plans and specifications are followed
* Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
* Contribute positively to a team environment
* Demonstrate professionalism and reliability on job sites

Requirements:

* Own transportation
* Own tools, or at minimum a basic tool kit
* Ability to travel to job sites throughout the region (primarily Grand Bay, Saint John, Quispamsis, Rothesay, Hampton)

This position will initially be offered on a subcontract basis, with the potential to lead to part-time or full-time employment for the right candidate.
