💳 Fees & Policies:
👉 $500 reservation fee (applied to total)
👉 $500 refundable security deposit
👉 Cancellations made 30+ days in advance may rebook for another available date within the season. If no date is available, a 50% refund will be issued (plus full return of the security deposit).
