We’ve been a little quiet… but we’ve been busy! ✨

New look, same exceptional service. 🤍

Last November, we moved into our new home and have been hard at work settling into our beautiful space on Main Street in Huntsville. After months of making it our own, we’re so excited to finally have our new sign installed, officially marking our place on the street!

One of the best parts? Being within walking distance to great coffee, delicious treats, and all the charm that downtown has to offer. ☕✨

Our office is open by appointment only, and we look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces into our new space. We’re especially excited for our first summer on Main Street and everything this new chapter will bring.

🚨 **“Why won’t management DO something?!”** 🚨

We get it — living close to others isn’t always easy. Noise, barking dogs, smoke, or just everyday activity can sometimes feel overwhelming.

A common scenario:
A neighbour has guests over for the weekend (maybe kids playing, a bit more noise than usual)… and by Monday morning, complaints are rolling in.

Here’s the key thing 👇
As a management team, we *will* notify the unit owner that their activity was disruptive to others.

**But we can’t immediately escalate or take enforcement action.**

👉 Why?
Because condo enforcement requires **evidence of ongoing or repeated behaviour** — not just a one-time disturbance.

This approach isn’t just best practice — it’s supported by recent decisions from the Condominium Authority Tribunal.

💡 **What this means for residents:**

* One-off incidents = awareness and monitoring
* Ongoing patterns = potential escalation
* Documentation matters (dates, times, frequency)

Condo living comes with a balance — between respecting your neighbours *and* recognizing that some level of everyday noise is unavoidable.

🔥 National Burn Awareness Week | February 1–7, 2026 🔥

Young children are at the highest risk for scalds and burn injuries, most often in the kitchen and bathroom.

At MCRS Property Management, we believe safety starts at home. This week, we’re sharing a few simple reminders to help keep little ones safe:

👶 Create a child-free zone around stoves and hot appliances
🍳 Turn pot handles toward the back of the stove
☕ Avoid holding children while cooking or carrying hot liquids
🛁 Always check bath water temperature and never leave children unattended
🚿 Set hot water heaters to 120°F (49°C) or lower

A few small precautions can make a big difference. Let’s work together to keep our families and communities safe 💙
