Prices went UP… so why did buyers slow DOWN? 👀

September was a strange one in Barrie, Innisfil & Simcoe County:
📈 Prices strengthened
📉 Sales dropped
⏳ Homes took longer to sell
💰 Fixed mortgage rates moved higher
Bottom line: buyers are still buying — just far more selectively.
