This family house is full of all the conveniences of home, from the comfortable mattresses with high-quality linens, an excellent selection of board games and card games to keep the whole family entertained and two tvs with wifi.
Kitchen
The Mountain View Guest House has a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Choose between eating breakfast at the sit up peninsula, the dining table or outside on the gorgeous deck while you watch the sun come up.
When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed because it comes complete with new stainless-steel appliances, and has everything you need to get the job done with ease. Whether you’re cooking your favorite dish, stopping in for a quick bite to eat in between outdoor adventures, or winding down with a drink and some snacks at the end of the day, this kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs:

Extras include a French coffee press, two griddles, and a slow cooker so dinner is ready and waiting for you after a day of fun in the sun.
The dining room has a beautiful historic oak dining table and seating for 6. There are two additional seats at the bar height peninsula. Also included in this family home is a highchair to ensure even our smallest guests have a place to sit.
The full-sized deck is a great spot to grill up some burgers on the propane BBQ or sit and relax with a drink on the cushy chairs and enjoy the breath-taking mountain views.
Bedrooms
You’ll find that the bedrooms are not only highly comfortable but are all decorated with the goal of creating an atmosphere of calm so that you can have a fantastic night's sleep and be ready for whatever the next day brings.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with high quality linens and pillows. Each nightstand has a bedside lamp and the bedroom windows have black out curtains in case you feel like sleeping in. There is a master ensuite.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands with a bedside lamps and blackout blinds will allow you to catch as many zzzzzzzs as you’d like.
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together to create a king sized bed if you prefer. The blackout blinds will ensure that you are not up with the sun. Sleep like a grizzly.
The den has been set up as a bedroom. It has a queen sized bed that will have you sleeping like a baby. There are two nightstands and two bedside lamps.
Downstairs Living Room
Upon entering the home you will instantly fall in love with this space. The beauty of the wood stove’s masonry will grab your attention quickly. Outfitted with a large, comfortable sectional, toys, board games, card games, and a tv, this space is begging to be enjoyed by your family.
Upstairs Living Room
This well-appointed living room features three large windows that let in all the natural light you could wish for. Settle in on the comfortable sectional or arm chairs. Watch the sun slowly set over top of the Rocky Mountains. Stream your favorite shows on the flat screen tv or have tons of fun playing board games or card games that are supplied. This room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s a great space to kick your feet up after a day of playing in the Valley.
Outdoor Space
Mountain View Guest House is well maintained with great curb appeal and a fantastic backyard space where you can spend time lounging in the hammocks, or relaxing on the patio. There’s a BBQ for grilling on the front deck and a fire pit in the backyard where you can roast marshmallows. .
