Throughout my career, I developed a passion for Real Estate, which led me to pursue and achieve a Real Estate license while balancing a full-time job. This unique combination of extensive construction experience and my passion for Real Estate, gives me a unique perspective and skill set, enabling me to understand both the technical and market aspects of the industry. I gave myself a solid foundation in the construction industry, by starting my career focused on civil construction over a span of 14 years. With a total of nine years in the Electrical trade, I hold both a Journeyman certificate and an FSR B (Field Safety Representative) in electrical work. Having worked directly with various aspects of construction, I developed a keen understanding of the market, which sparked my interest in Real Estate. I recognized the potential to merge my technical skills with my newfound passion, enabling me to guide clients effectively through the complexities of real estate transactions.
