Residential real estate sales held steady in September despite the typical
seasonal dip in activity, reports the Association of Interior REALTORS® (the Association).

✅ 222 home sales recorded in Kamloops in September — nearly unchanged from August and 23.3% higher than September 2024
🏡 440 new listings in the region — up 5.0% year-over-year
📉 Active listings (inventory) rose 9.7% compared to last year, reaching 1,436 homes
