At First Onsite, recovery is about more than rebuilding spaces. It’s about showing up for people, standing with our communities, and taking action when it matters most.

Over the past year, our teams have come together to support causes close to the hearts of our people: from rallying behind a teammate courageously battling leukemia through fundraising and community engagement, to matching donations in support of rescued animals at Happy Days Sanctuary.

These initiatives reflect who we are: a team driven by compassion, resilience, and a shared responsibility to make a meaningful difference beyond the job site.

This season, giving back took many forms across our teams and every effort made a meaningful impact.

From collecting over 50 winter jackets for those in need in Oakville, to bringing joy through toy drives supporting IWK and the Calgary Fire Department, our teams showed up with generosity and heart. We also came together at industry and community events, raising funds for the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency and donating food to the Saskatoon Food Bank, while creating moments of connection for families through our Kids of First Onsite Christmas celebrations.

These initiatives reflect what the season is truly about: supporting our communities, looking out for one another, and giving with purpose. Thank you to every team member who contributed, donated, organized, and showed up - your impact goes far beyond the holidays.
