February brought steady sales momentum in Central Okanagan, while Metro Vancouver saw an increase in listings but a decline in sales. Here’s what you need to know:

🔹 Central Okanagan:
📈 Active Listings Surge: Inventory saw a 19.7% increase compared to February 2024—the highest percentage increase across the Association region.
🏡 Sales Growth: 914 residential units sold across the Association region, up 11.3% from last year.
📉 New Listings Slightly Down: A 1.7% decrease compared to February 2024, with 2,304 new listings recorded last month.
💰 Price Trends: Benchmark prices remained relatively stable across housing types.

🔹 Metro Vancouver:
