This occupied home went for well over asking price, once it was staged to make its rooms more appealing. As stagers many times in an occupied property we have to work with some of the home owners furnishing and overcome some challenging issues such as paint colors. Some home owners are more open in investing in few upgrades to increase both its potential to attract more buyers and higher offers.

Staged Occupied home Before and After. It is always challenging staging a home that is occupied while being shown for sale. Styling and updating the look to appeal to today's buyer. We incorporate some of the owners furnishing which allows for less large staging furniture to be brought in. This home was newly painted the year before so the owner choose not to repaint as recommended, so we worked to lighten the rooms. The staging helps buyers see the potential of the home.

This was an occupied waterfront property that had been on the market and had not sold. Staged it for owner and relisted it, and it SOLD. Stored away all band equipment in walkout basement and staged if as a family room. Added some luxury to the master suite and drew attention to the great water view. Decluttered dining and created a wonderful place entertain while over looking water.
