Your health is your wealth

I haven’t posted much in a couple of weeks as I’ve extremely ill in bed since Thanksgiving Sunday.

The doctor confirmed yesterday that I have pneumonia. The first set of antibiotics I received didn’t have any effect on it.

I haven’t been able to do anything at all since Thanksgiving Sunday. I spend all my energy just having a shower each day.

It makes me reflect on how important our health is. We sacrifice what we eat, taking time to breathe, to relax, and even sleep in order to build our businesses as entrepreneurs. However, there comes a time when our bodies will go on strike, making it impossible for you to do anything as mine is now.

Isn’t better to have a healthy balance of work and health?
Don’t take your health for granted.

Please pray for me that I will start a quick recovery.
