I got my real estate licence when I was 22 years old - in fact wrote my first test when I was 18, but felt that may be a little premature, so I waited a few years to grow as a person and gain some more life experiences before completing my courses. A career in Real Estate was something that I knew I wanted to pursue at a young age, and I take pride in the fact I am now entering my 14th year in real estate at 35 years old, where the studies clearly show, the majority of people who obtain their real estate licence will leave the business within the first two years.
