Being a realtor, I sell the dream of homeownership every day… but living it? That’s a whole different story.

Case in point: Our on-demand hot water heater decided to take a two-day vacation. 🥶💦 Cold showers every morning. Not fun.

Luckily, a little troubleshooting, some elbow grease and an overnight delivery of a new ignitor coil… Problem solved! 💪 Turns out being a homeowner means sometimes getting your hands dirty, but also knowing you can handle it.

Homeownership has its challenges—but that’s part of what makes it so rewarding.
