Outdoors, you'll have access to a 1/2-acre property and 16 KM of the beautiful clear and swimmable Crowe River with a small dock for your small boat. We provide a large outdoor dining table (expands to seat 8+ with a simple pull of the ends), seating, games, 2 kayaks, one 16ft canoe with paddles, life jackets from toddler to adult, and a fire pit to roast marshmallows under the stars. The yard is not fenced, but it is perfect for outdoor fun and relaxation. The entry to the water is dirt/mud and is gradual with a large shallow area which is great for little ones. Please note that outdoor amenities may be stored away for the off-season (October through to April). Dock is removed in the off season (usually late September). BEDROOMS
We have three cozy and well-appointed bedrooms to choose from for your stay. We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, so we've provided a mix of down, cooling, and polyester pillows of different firmness throughout the beds to accommodate various preferences and needs. In the primary bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen bed and a small pull down futon for extra sleeping space, along with a 50" Smart TV for your entertainment (bring you own logins for streaming services). In the second bedroom, you'll also have a comfortable queen bed and a 45" Smart TV (bring you own logins for streaming services). If you're traveling with a little one, we've also provided a foldable crib (located in the closet) with a double sided firm/soft mattress, fitted sheet, blanket, and baby pillow that can be moved to any space needed. For those traveling with a group or family, the third bedroom offers twin size bunk beds and a toddler bed. KITCHEN

We have a no pet policy. We appreciate that there are many great pets, but we do not make exceptions. Family of the owner have severe allergies. The property is also not suited to pets. Outside, we have no fence and large body of water. We even have guests who have issues with pet dander and allergies that book with us because we are a pet free property. LOCAL THINGS TO DO
