Airbnb is making a big WAKE in the short term rental market… they are now charging Hosts 18.5% as a service fee. CRA charges 13% HST and the Town of Midland is imposing 4% tax…

35.5% tax seems a bit much!

Onward and upward! We have been offering Georgian Bay themed accommodation in the Midland, Ontario region since 2018 and have been super successful on Airbnb!

It is time to diversify! We want to showcase our region and all the amazing local events that Southern Georgian Bay has!

The best way to do this is the amalgamate our social media platforms for Nest By The Bay and Perch By The Bay, both short term rentals in Midland, ON that are listed on Airbnb.
