The GTA market saw total transactions remain relatively steady year-over-year, while average selling prices and new listings moved lower compared to July 2025. Homes also spent more time on the market, reflecting a slower pace as buyers continue to navigate changing conditions.

📉 New listings: 14,484
⏳ Days on market: 45
🤝 Total transactions: 5,995

Across the 416 and 905, trends continued to vary by region and property type. In the 416, detached, townhouse, and condo apartment sales all increased year-over-year, while prices declined across every category. In the 905, both sales and average prices were lower across most property types.
