If I were selling my house today… I’d be doing things a little differently. 👀
In a buyers’ market, pricing high just to “leave room to negotiate” can actually work against you.

I’d focus on:
✨ Pricing it realistically from the start
✨ Making sure the photos and presentation show it at its best
✨ Taking care of the little things that buyers notice
✨ Knowing what else buyers have to choose from
✨ Putting myself in the buyer’s shoes
✨ And working with someone who can help me navigate the market
