Only in Moncton 😅 Caught this one downtown today — looks like the crew installing this stop sign had a bit of a Monday moment. Back of the sign facing traffic, blank red octagon staring down drivers like “figure it out.”
Honestly though, it’s a good reminder: even the pros have off days. Whether it’s a stop sign or a real estate transaction, details matter. That’s why I double-check everything before my clients sign anything 😉

Don’t let the snow leave you in the cold! ❄️🏠

The fresh snowfall looks great, but it can be a real headache for your heating system. When snow drifts block your exterior vents, two things usually happen:

Your furnace/water heater shuts down as a safety precaution.

Dangerous carbon monoxide can't exhaust properly.

Your 2-Minute To-Do List:

Clear the Pipes: Find those white or grey PVC pipes on the side of your house and clear the area around them.

Check the Air Exchanger: Make sure those intake hoods have plenty of "breathing room."

Be Gentle: Use a broom or your hands—shovels can easily crack plastic venting in the cold.
