Buyer: It’s too expensive.
Seller: It’s worth more.
And somehow… they usually meet somewhere in the middle.
That’s called market value.
Not what the seller wants.
Not what the buyer wants.
It’s the price both sides are willing to agree on.
That’s where the real negotiation begins.
