Staging doesn't have to mean spending tons of money to make a good impression. It can be simple little touches such as decorative pillows, books, plants and even fresh lemons! 🍋 🍋 🍋 You may display them in a glass vase for a modern look or simply lay them out in a bowl.

That's right, lemons are low cost and add a beautiful splash of colour to pictures and symbolise freshness.

Combine them with some citrus essential oils in a diffuser and your new potential buyers or tenants will love it.

Four things that my new buyer clients will often hear me say: ⁠

1. Keep an open mind. Sometimes, the criteria that you started searching with (like a specific neighborhood) will change as you see homes and learn more about what your likes/dislikes are, and it's okay, we'll readjust. ⁠

2. Be patient. I promise we will find you the perfect home. It might not be the first one -- some of my buyers see dozens of homes before they find "the one" but I promise you, we will get there!⁠

3. Expect the unexpected. Buying a home (or selling one, for that matter) doesn't always go exactly as planned, but I will always do what it takes to get my clients to closing day! ⁠

4. Know your financial limits. Stay realistic while making offers (especially in multiple offer scenarios) and stick to your budget. Remember, a fufilling life is comprised of more than just a dream home. Balance is key. ⁠
